Refunds and Cancellations

Scheduling

All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via video call, or in-person meetings, unless otherwise agreed upon. Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email.

Cancellation and refund policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable.
• Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, completed sessions are non-refundable.
• If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session so we can make it right.
