Mark helped me with a mock interview, and it was really really helpful to get his holistic feedback. I liked how he suggested various improvement areas while motivating through the other areas - very important as interviewing could be a lot of pressure. He gave good nudges during the interview. He was considerate with the companies and roles I'm interviewing for, and was willing to focus on the more important ones which I thought are my weaker areas. I passed the Google selection process, and I owe much of this achievement to Mark. Here’s how he supported me, and I hope this helps those considering attending his sessions: The Google process is intricate, with many stages, various question types, and several frameworks. Having not participated in selection processes for over 10 years, it felt overwhelming and caused a lot of anxiety. Mark simplified the frameworks and identified key focus areas, helping me build a study roadmap and dedicate more time to high-probability questions, alleviating my anxiety significantly. Behavior questions are a crucial part of the process. Despite having relevant experiences for a PM role at Google, I struggled to convey them effectively. Mark has the superpower of understanding your unique experiences and formatting them to be more compelling for interviewers. His individualized mentoring process is impressive.

Hands down the best coach you could work with to prepare for your interviews. He has amazing resources that help you study and practice. He has an approach that integrates context from the company you are interviewing with and what key information makes a successful answer for each type of interview. Several of his methods helped me improve how I answered questions significantly. He is incredibly personable, and genuinely cares.

Marks framework of feedback was very illuminating and precise. It helped highlight strengths and weaknesses that allowed me to index on my weaknesses for preparation.
