1. Services

Product by Mark offers coaching services. Sessions are scheduled via our online booking system and conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with the pricing and terms in effect at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via video call, or in-person meetings, unless otherwise agreed upon. Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable.
• Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, completed sessions are non-refundable.
• If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
• To cancel or reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching sessions, including materials, templates, and guidance, is owned by Product by Mark and may not be redistributed or used commercially without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are offered as professional guidance and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. Product by Mark is not liable for decisions you make based on coaching outcomes.

6. Privacy

Use of this site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance.
